Debit/credit card, Apple/Google Pay or cash can be accepted at the end of a face-to-face session; kindly be advised that online/distant sessions require prepayment.
It should be noted that receiving any type of therapy is not a passive process and therefore requires commitment and determination if the desired results are to occur.
As a result, every effort should be made to keep appointments and thus allow for continuity and progress. Additionally, due to the impact it would have on other clients, lateness cannot be accommodated by adding additional time to the end of any session, and will result in a reduced session length.
In order to ensure fairness to other clients who would have been able to book a rescheduled or missed appointment, there is a minimum rescheduling or cancellation period policy of 24 hours’ notice, after which 50% of the session fee is chargeable.
